Customer Experience Specialist (1 Year Contract)

Position Summary
As a Customer Experience Specialist for Hyperconnect, you will work closely with team members as well as other departments, be responsible and help provide high-quality support for our users from all around the world.
ResponsibilitiesReply and analyze feedback about our product from users all over the world (Collaborate with regional managers using English) Collaborate with the product development team and developers to analyse new issues, potential bugs and offer solutions Research and make suggestions to innovate our service workflow (Not a leader position)
RequirementsNative Arabic and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Collaborative approach and ability to work well with others cross-functionally and globally Ability to effectively operate with flexibility
PreferredRelevant work experience in the areas of mobile apps and games, mobile business Customer service work experience in the areas of mobile apps and games, mobile business Customer service work experience in call centers Proficiency in languages other than French, Arabic and English (including Korean)
