Administration Manager(General Affairs)

This position is full time and based at our Singapore Office.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative service to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Main point of contact for any office admin related issues, handle company secretarial matters
  • Liaise and coordinate with external professionals or organizations and perform filing of the Company’s records
  • Purchase necessary assets (electronics, fixtures and stationeries etc), maintain fixed asset register
  • Develop and streamline service guidelines following company policies
  • Compute and monitor the budget for office service. Prepare expense claims on behalf of staffs
  • Provide support to the CEO and VIP visitors for Visa applications, flight and hotel reservations etc
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant office administration experience
  • Experienced in establishment of start-up administrative procedure is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or above in office administration or related discipline
  • Well versed with local employment ordinance
  • Fluent in English is a must. Korean would be a huge advantage
  • Self-driven and highly organized
  • Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work:
  • Full time position with probation period for 3 months
  • Monday – Friday (10:00 – 19:00)
